Titan Circuits Selects Aqua Klean’s T-9 Typhoon water-soluble in-line PCBA Cleaner
Titan Circuits, a Phoenix, AZ based Electronics Manufacturer, added Aqua Klean’s T-9 Typhoon water-soluble in-line PCBA cleaner and Deionized Water Recirculating System to their robust equipment set. The new T-9 Typhoon replaces their batch cleaning system.
Titan Circuit, an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100d certified company with IPC certifications IPC-A-610G and IPC J-STD-001G with the space addendum, specializes in low-to-medium volume pcb assembly services for the military, aerospace, automotive, and medical industries.
Frank Insana, Production Manager of Titan Circuits commented, “After evaluating competitors in-line and batch systems, the T-9 ended up providing higher through-put and better cleaning. The T-9 runs circles around our old batch cleaning system, so we are very happy with our purchase.”
The T-9 Typhoon has a small footprint of around 10 feet, but still provides the cleaning power for the toughest printed circuit board assemblies up to 24” wide with its 5 upper and 5 lower spray bars and 15 HP pumps. Easy access doors and drop-in immersion heaters make ongoing maintenance a breeze.
